This house had cracking walls, bowing floors, and a dirty crawlspace. Fortress solved this problem by installing SmartJacks to stabalize the floor and stop the wall cracks. FOrtress also encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace to keep the crawlspace clean and dry.
This basement in Lynch Station had cracking and bowing walls. This can be very dangerous because it is a sign that the foundation wall is failing. Fortress was able to solve this problem by installing CarbonArmor Straps to stabilize the foundation. Over time these straps can be tightened to straighten the wall.
The basement of this home in Lynch Station had foundation walls that were beginning to crack and bow. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to stabilize those walls.
Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System.
This system includes flexible carbon fiber fabric straps that are up to 10 times stronger in tension than steel. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation is supported and stabilized!
This house in Lynch Station had a sinking porch. Thankfully the homeowners called Fortress before it was too late! Fortress installed Helical Piers underneath the porch to lift, support, and stabilize it. Now the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch isn't going anywhere.
Sarah H. noticed the floors in her home had started to sag and become bouncy. Concerned, she called Fortress Foundation Solutions. A System Designer was happy to meet with her to address her concerns. Sagging floors are a common problem often indicating a serious structural problem that will worsen over time. These conditions can make floors unsafe, while also causing unsightly cracks in wallboard and beneath baseboard molding. The best way to permanently fix sagging floor problems is to install SmartJack XT posts beneath the beam that supports your floor joists. After hearing this, Sarah was ready to get the work done, and soon a Fortress crew was at her home installing the SmartJacks XT. Now Sarah and her family can enjoy their structurally safe house!
