Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe  sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a flooded basement!

System Designer, Zach Bullock, completed his thorough inspection. After answering her questions, she chose to repair her foundation with GeoLock Wall Anchors. David Bowers and his experienced team soon arrived at her home. The GeoLock Wall Anchor rods are driven from inside to a trench on the outside and secured to the wall. Take a look at the wall plates now stabilizing the wall, locking it up tight! No more bowing or cracking.
