This homeowner in Walkersville called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they wanted to have their crawl space encapsulated.

Fortress went out and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, along with SilverGlo Wall Insulation. A vapor barrier slows or prevents the evaporation of ground moisture into the crawl space air. This system is also easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position.

We also recommended our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard System is installed underneath the floor slab, resting on top of your foundation footing. This system is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation.
