This home in Nathalie had water seeping into the basement with rain. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a solution to this problem.

Fortress installed our WaterGuard System along the basement walls, along with our CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe and SuperSump sump pumps, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier. Together these products will ensure that this basement stays dry!

This basement in Poolesville had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The old sump pump stopped working and the basement was having flooding issues once again. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

This Bristow, VA homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after cracks in the basement walls and water coming in the cracks became unmanageable. He was unable to use his basement for storage as the items became moldy. Our system designer recommended a basement water proofing system. Eager to reclaim the space, the homeowner proceeded. Soon a water proofing crew was onsite installing WaterGuard drainage, a Triple Safe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The CleanSpace is antimicrobial and directs all water seeping through the walls down into the WaterGuard. It is then drained to the sump pump and pumped out of the home. Now this Bristow, VA basement is dry and the space usable again!
