The crawl space of this home in South Boston was musty and moldy and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Chris, went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best options for this crawl space would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and Mold X Treatment. The CleanSpace and SaniDry will stop moisture from entering the crawl space and prevent any future mold growth.

Several years ago, we installed a SmartJack System in her crawlspace, and since she had a positive experience working with us in the past, and trusted us again with her home for this project. After our System Designer, Troy King, went out to have a look at what the cause may be, he discovered that some of the original wooden joists in her crawlspace were now rotting, causing her floors to be uneven and walls to begin cracking. Troy created a custom solution for her crawlspace that would not only fix the rotting joists, but also keep her crawlspace dry for years to come! Later, Foreman Warren used pressure treated lumber for the full joists, and CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the space clean, dry, and pest free! Now her home is stable and dry for many years to come!
