Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions after purchasing a rental property that had water in the crawl space. After being called by the tenants multiple times, they wanted a permanent solution! Chris Wilmouth, System Designer, inspected the crawl space proposing an encapsulation, Smart Sump sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  The Smart Sump will remove any water, the SaniDry Sedona will keep humidity low and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier will seal off moisture from the ground getting rid of mildew and musty smells. Michael was concerned about his sinking patio. The under-patio drainage system was aging and had started to wash away the dirt causing the slab to sink and pull away from the retaining wall. System Designer Riley Ethier, came out to complete an inspection and provide a free estimate.
