Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This home in Drakes Branch had a chimney that had started separating from the home. This can be the result of the home's foundation settling.

Fortress went out and installed 3 PushPiers. The PushPiers will not only prevent further separation of the chimney, but they will lift that area of the foundation back to its original position!

This tall crawlspace was experience water problems. We installed a CleanSpace liner and drainage matting, perimeter french drain, TripleSafe sump pump, and SaniDry dehumidifier.

A crawlspace at a home near Falls Church, VA was full of mold, moisture, and ragged bits of insulation. A crawlspace with no waterproofing measures is vulnerable to mold, wood damage, and foul odors... as well as nasty pests! Ready for a permanent solution, Peter agreed. AJ Looney and his crew installed a WaterGuard drainage system so all water entering the home flows to the sump pump. The Triple Safe sump pump has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump. Now Peter has the dry basement he always wanted!

Our Foreman, Austin Dizon, and his crew installed our crawl space waterproofing solution which consisted of 3 Smart Sump pumps to remove any water that enters into their crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the space nice and dry and our Clean Space vapor barrier to turn this area into a clean usable space.
