Do you have new construction that you want to keep in excellent condition? The owners of this property were looking to do the same thing. Our System Designer went to look at this property and decided that encapsulating the crawl space would be the best solution to preventing any future issues for potential home buyers. Our Foreman, and his crew installed our Clean Space vapor barrier and Supersump sump pump. These product together ensure a permanent solution for years to come.
This home in Staunton had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling, becoming a tripping hazard.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.
The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
