The crawl space of this home in Staunton was damp and moldy, and really needed some help!

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into the crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SaniDry will ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

This home in Staunton had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling, becoming a tripping hazard.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!
