The crawl space of this home in Broadway was wet and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep all water and moisture out of the crawl space, and keep that area dry!

This home had a small crawlspace which would have standing water when it rained heavily. We completed a full Crawlspace encapsulation with a Sedona dehumidifier and Mold X to remove mold that has been growing on the joists. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with wall that was drastically slanting. Fortress solved this problem by installing a series of GeoLocks to ensure that the wall would always be straight.

The customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with a leaking and moldy crawl space and a sagging floor. In order to solve this problem, Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartPump, and a SuperSump with a SaniDry Sedona. We then installed two SmartJacks to level out their floor.

This homeowner had significant water damage throughout their basement due to repeated basement flooding. Their stairs became unsafe to use due to mildew and rot. The Fortress Team took care of these problems by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump Plus System. This basement will never have water problems again!
