Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly. Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."

Caleb Stone provided many useful insights with our structural challenge. I strongly recommend calling him or his staff for their assessment to your issues.
