Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly. Everything went really well. The crew cleaned up behind themselves exceptionally well. Guys showed up on time. They were respectable and worked efficiently.

It was a very clear visit and also low pressure! He provided the information and the benefits of how the work would benefit me and my home. The Forman, Cope, did a great job doing the work. I was not able to be home during the installation so he kept me updated through texting pictures through the day. We were able to keep in communication well and when I arrived home, it looked great! I had heard about Fortress through advertisements on the local radio and looked at customer satisfaction online. Now I am a satisfied customer of theirs as well!"

Ms. Cox reached out to have her vent cover replaced. Our service coordinator, Tmerik Cobbs, was quickly able to quote her a price for the replacement, however, what she thought was a vent cover was actually an IceGuard. Tmerik immediately reached out and apologized for the incorrect information provided, and quoted her a new price. She responded saying "...thank you! You guys have been prompt and professional from the very beginning. And you don't just find that these days. So again, thank you guys so much."
