From day one of my drainage and sump pump install, the Fortress team was fantastic. My basement had flooded several times and this was not a cheap project. I talked to 5 different companies before settling on Fortress.Disclaimer: I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to expensive projects like this. I read every fine print in detail and ask lots of questions, take my time on decisions, and cross compare between quotes and warranties etc. This can be annoying for a sales person, but Chris Wilmouth, took all of this in stride. He was direct and courteous and followed up in a timely manner with every question I had. When he didn't know, his manager was prompt in supporting him and they did a lot of work to make sure I was happy before signing the contract.On the days of the job, the team was also fantastic. Travis, Jack, Tim, and Kris were all kind and professional and did a really good job. I was home for the project and could also hear them talking all day. They got along great and figured out problems with the project in a timely manner. They remained professional and efficient throughout the whole project - all great qualities to see in a team working on your house!Last week, we had rains that would have flooded my basement again, but my sump pump kicked in and it all worked beautifully. Clean and dry!I would recommend this team again and when I'm ready for the next stage of my basement fix, I'll be calling them to do it.

I contacted Kurtis knowing him from real estate. I believed I had a foundation issue with my home. Kurtis was at my property the next day doing a full Inspection. After the Inspection he walked me through his findings even using a very cool laser level to explain what was going on with my property. After further discussion and going over a number of solutions we settled on a power brace system for my bowing wall for my basement. I did not have a water problem but the power brace solution offered a solution for a future possible issue that was very intriguing.Long story short i moved ahead with Fortress and in a matter of a short 2 weeks fortress had a crew at the property with the Forman in charge named Alex! Alex went through the full scope of work and walk me through every step of the way for a refresher of the work to be done.

Jordan and Bobby did a great job!  We have a unique issue and Jordan put in a third pump system to help pressure on main pump due to excessive water.  No charge for extra work.  Thank you!

The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I am highly satisfied and pleased with everything - 10 out of 10!
