Madison H. of Summit Point, WV, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the severe settling of the walkway to her front door. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. System Designer Joe Katany was happy to meet with Madison, conducting an inspection and providing a same-day estimate. Ready for a safe front walkway, Madison agreed! Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. Now, Madison and her family can confidently walk on the sidewalk without the fear of tripping!
This homeowner in Union Hall, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions to provide a solution for the sinking driveway at the residence. Our System Designer provided an estimate for our Concrete Lifting and leveling using the PolyLevel Injection System. Our Foreman and his crew went out to this home and began repairing this issue. The crew began by power washing the area. Next, they drilled small holes and injected our polyurethane foam. This foam helps to raise the effected area. Once the area is back to level, the crew then used our NexusPro Crack Repair to help fill in any cracks or imperfections.
We lifted and leveled the concrete on the side walk and stairs of this estate to remove any trip hazards this may have presented. This allowed the homeowners to list their home on the market with the confidence in knowing their concrete wouldn't cause any issues with potential home buyers.
This property in North Garden had a porch that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.
The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
The front porch on this home in Madison Heights had been sinking for more than two years and had caused large cracks along the front of the home.
