This homeowner runs an AirB&B out of her basement and needed to ensure her pool did not present a trip hazard to the customers that came to her home to stay. Our team leveled out the concrete pads surrounding the pool and replaced an existing drain that wasn't working correctly with our Trench drain system to keep the water away from the home.
This home in Evington had a sidewalk that was sinking and separating from the front porch, causing a trip hazard. Fortress came out and used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift that sidewalk up to it's original position.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.
The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
This home's entryway stairs had separated from the concrete pad and our concrete repair team came out and ensured its structure would be stable for many years to come!
