Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Mount Vernon Rd, Waynesboro, VA homeowner was concerned about their moldy and damp crawl space so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions! System designer, Eddie Salido, provided a free estimate for insulation and encapsulation. Foreman, Toby Bryant and his crew, soon went out to install SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Now this crawl space is clean and dry with no mold and can be used for extra storage space.

This homeowner located in Starsburg, VA wanted a cleaner, healthier, and brighter crawl space, which is why they wanted to have our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier installed. Fortress Foundation Solutions solved this customers problem of a flooding crawl space by installing a CleanSpace Ecapsulation. We also used Mold-X2 to eliminated the mold and prevent it from developing again. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed CleanSpace drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier with external discharge.

This home in Shenandoah,  VA was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. 

Our System Designer, went out to this home to provide a free estimate.We knew the best solution to the issue these homeowners were facing was a total encapsulation. Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
