Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The crawl space in this home in West Augusta, VA was having issues with water intrusion in the basement of the home. Our Forman and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and SaniDry Dehumidifier and our SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to help keep water from making a mess in the crawl space again.   

The customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a moldy crawl space that was allowing the heat from the house to escape. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation and RimTight Insulation to ensure the crawlspace would stay mold free and insulated.

These occurred due to weakened joists and excessive spans, typical issues affecting crawl spaces. As shown in the after photo, the galvanized steel columns, secured with adjustable brackets, lifted the floors to their original elevation.
