Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space in Lynchburg, Virginia was having some problems with water intrusion. The homeowner had an existing sump in the crawl space but it was not operating well enough to keep up with the amount of water in the crawl space. We also replaced the sump pump the homeowner had with our SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System. 

This crawlspace in Lynchburg was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System and SilverGlo Insulation to ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

In order for this homeowner to confidently put a grand piano in their home, our team needed to instal ten SmartJacks. We also fully encapsulated their crawlspace with CleanSpace, SilverGlo and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
