Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawlspace in Huddleston Virginia had moisture coming in constantly and the owners were just concerned about the quality of the air getting into their home. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our Clean Space vapor barrier to stop moisture from getting in and to overall improve air quality in the crawlspace and in the home.

The crawl space of this home in Huddleston was wet, musty, and really needed some help! 

We sent a System Designer out to evaluate this home and they determined that the best solution to waterproof this crawl space would be to install a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this space clean and dry!

The basement of this home in Huddleston had water seeping in along the foundation with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to their problem.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this basement will remain dry!

This crawl space in Lynchburg, Virginia was having some problems with water intrusion. The homeowner had an existing sump in the crawl space but it was not operating well enough to keep up with the amount of water in the crawl space. This crawlspace in Lynchburg was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. The insulation was damp and falling down. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System and SilverGlo Insulation to ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!
