Dennis was facing major foundation issues at his Salem home, including settlement along the front of the house and a large horizontal crack in a basement wall that had begun to bow inward. Toby and his crew installed a comprehensive foundation repair system to stabilize the home. Six Helical Piers were installed to support the settling foundation, while 16 GeoLock™ Wall Anchors and 7 PowerBrace™ Wall Support Beams were used to reinforce and stabilize the bowing basement wall. As shown in the after photos, the home is now structurally secure and protected from further settlement and wall movement for the long term.
