This homeowner can now rest assured knowing their basement will remain dry!

Fortress solved this problem by installing fourteen Push Piers. Push Piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket. They are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. Soil is backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation.

They knew that there was a bowing wall that needed to be immediately addressed for the safety of the home. The existing wall was bowing to the point that our EverBrace support system was the only option that would fix this dangerous issue. Our crew came and installed the system beautifully and left this homeowner with the confidence in knowing their daughter will not have to worry about the wall failing underneath of her house.

Our System Designer,Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.
