This homeowner in Fishersville reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because the concrete floor in their garage had sunken and become uneven.

To resolve this issue, Fortress went out and used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift that floor back up to its original position. Our system works by injecting polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab.

This homeowner reached out to Fortress because they had a crawlspace that was wet and musty, and needed our help!

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess the crawlspace and recommended a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SaniDry will ensure that this cawlspace will stay clean and dry.

These new homeowners have had up to 8 inches of standing water around the perimeter of their crawlspace. We installed a an EZflow water system with two sump pumps to remediate the water issue they are experiencing. We then completed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation with a Sedona Dehumidifier to keep their space clean & dry. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a WaterGuard french drain system that connected two rooms, CleanSpace wall system, and TripleSafe sump pump.
