This customer noticed a horizontal crack on their basement wall and called Fortress out to preform an inspection. Upon arriving at the home, our system designer determined that it was a structural issue and that their basement wall was beginning to bow inwards. Because we caught it early, we were able to utilize our CarbonArmor Wall Stabilization System to permanently stabilize their wall.

This homeowner in Natural Bridge, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space underneath the home. The homeowners weren't sure what issues they were facing but they knew the area needed to be addressed. Our System Designer, went out to this home and provided an estimate for an encapsulation. Our System Designer saw previous water damage and heavy moisture that had caused mold to grow. He suggested a CleanSpace Encapsulation for the area. William reached out to Fortress after noticing some sagging in his living room floor. We sent out Eddie, one of our System Designers to provide a FREE inspection on Williams home. Eddie found that the crawl space was suffering from high humidity, causing the beams to become saturated with moisture and begin to sag. We utilized our SmartJack system for this project & a supplemental steal beam to lift and prevent further sagging of the floors.
