This home was in need of extra support to fix the sagging floors that have developed overtime. Our System Designer, Danny Camunas, provided the homeowners with a simple solution that would put their worries at ease. 

Foreman, Andre Luck (Lucky), and his crew completed this project of four Smart Jacks that will lift the floors in this home permanently.  

This homeowner contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors in there home were starting to sag and each time it rained, they would receive water in their crawl space. 

Fortress informed the customer that their home was in serious need of our SmartJacks Crawl Space Stabilizer. This system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging floors. SmartJacks can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position. 

We also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartSump to assure this homeowner that they would no longer receive water in their crawl space. 

The crawl space of this home in Port Republic was wet and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner now has a crawl space that stays clean and dry!

This homeowner in Port Republic called Fortress because they had water intrusion in their crawl space and floors in their home had started sagging. 

After explaining all the issues they were having over the phone, we sent one of our System Designers out to take a look! He recommended our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System. This system provides solid support for undersized beams and restores stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space. Caleb provided Erica with a same-day proposal and Erica agreed to move forward. Soon foreman David Bowers and his crew were onsite installing a FlexiSpan. This is an innovative polyurethane sealant that seals the crack, will never dry or crack and can flex to the natural movement of the foundation wall, ensuring a completely waterproofed seal. Now this Willis, VA homeowner has a dry basement!
