Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Natural Bridge, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space underneath the home. The homeowners weren't sure what issues they were facing but they knew the area needed to be addressed. Our System Designer, went out to this home and provided an estimate for an encapsulation. Our System Designer saw previous water damage and heavy moisture that had caused mold to grow. He suggested a CleanSpace Encapsulation for the area. Our Foreman and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Insulation, SandiDry Dehumidifier, EverLast Crawl Space Door, and Mold X to help treat the mold. 

William reached out to Fortress after noticing some sagging in his living room floor. We sent out Eddie, one of our System Designers to provide a FREE inspection on Williams home. Eddie found that the crawl space was suffering from high humidity, causing the beams to become saturated with moisture and begin to sag. We utilized our SmartJack system for this project & a supplemental steal beam to lift and prevent further sagging of the floors.

This homeowner located in Lexington, VA was having water issues in their basement. They wanted multiple professionals opinions on what they should do to permanently fix their issues. When the time came for Fortress to take a look, the homeowner was over the moon about the solution that our System Designer, Paul Heckman, had come up with.

Paul recommended to this homeowner that they have us install our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our WaterGuard System is rthe ideal choice for waterproofing. This French Drain is installed below the floor slab and rests ontop of your foundation footing. This system is installed with minimal damage to your slab floor and all concrete is retored after the installation. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System provides three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. Any water that tries to make it's way into any basement is quickly caught by our WaterGuard System and rerouted to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.

This home in Lexington had a sidewalk that was sinking and cracking. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift that sidewalk back up to it's original position.

The basement of this home in Lexington was damp and musty, and had a problem with water seeping in with periods of rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress because they wanted the problem fixed.
