I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions for my home that had a major water issue in the basement.Fortress sent out Kurtis who reached out 3 days prior to the appointment to confirm and again the evening before. Kurtis explained the issues with my basement and also gave me a quote that day before leaving my home.The entire process was seamless and professional. I loved that nothing was subcontracted out and everyone that came to my home was a fortress employee.Fortress definitely knew what they are doing and I’m so glad I worked with them after getting multiple quotes that I just felt pressured in to with no explanation.Thank you to fortress and Kurtis for giving me peace of mind to finally have a safe and comfortable place for my in-laws to visit more often.

My experience with my crawlspace encapsulation was great. I got a quote from Danny Camunas and he went over it in detail to make sure I knew all the areas that needed to be fixed. I had mold, water seepage and humidity. Travis Farmer and his crew was very professional and did an excellent job. He made sure that I was updated of the progress and went over the equipment installed when done. I needed electrical work done and it was nice that there is an electrician in the staff. Jeremy Vest and Dakota were my electricians. I am very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend. I interviewed 4 companies and this was my choice.

Jordan and Donny were great to work with. I had a sump pump replaced and floor drain installed along with a fabric to protect from water intrusion through a small crack in the foundation. Jordan called me with an ETA, which was very helpful for planning, and they arrived right on time. They put down covers on my stairs and flooring to protect my home and cleaned up after themselves. Jordan explained every step of the process and further explained how to re-install the insulation once the concrete was dry. The work was completed in a little over 2 hours and the pump is working well. Jordan also explained the warranty on the work. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Riley did an incredible job when he came to our home. I was concerned about several cracks outside of the foundation so I called Fortress Foundations and I’m glad I did. Riley is a true expert. He was able to explain in clear terms what was happening and what I should and shouldn’t be concerned with. His demeanor is kind and welcoming and he was honest and sincere. Just wanted to let you know what a positive experience we had withSkylar. My mother was concerned that the foundation under the porch was failing. Skylar checked it out and determined the foundation was solid and showed us (my brother and I) what the problem was. Unfortunately, he said it wasn't something your company could help with, but talked with us about some solutions. He also checked out the rest of the house foundation as my mother was concerned about it also. He was very knowledgeable and, quite frankly, we were impressed that he didn't try to rush off once he determined your company wouldn't be able to help us.   If all your techs are like Skylar, I would feel very comfortable referring your company to others.

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. I appreciate the help from fortress and their professionalism with this project. I would absolutely recommend fortress to anyone .

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of Mike, Austin and Isaiah. These young men did a fabulous, professional job. If we have basement issues in the future we will use Fortress Foundation Solutions, cannot recommend them highly enough.
