This crawl space in Aroda was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. This homeowner in Bluemont reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had been dealing with water intrusion in the crawl space of their home, and that had caused the floors of the home to sag. They wanted these issues resolved.

To resolve these issues, Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Together these products will keep the crawl space clean and dry, and prevent future moisture related issues. The SmartJack System was installed to permanently support and stabilize those sagging floors.
